Twitter’s India Rival Koo Says Users Surging

Feb.19 — Mayank Bidawatka, co-founder of Koo, whose app lets users send out tweet-like posts in English as well as seven Indian languages, talks about the crash between the government and Twitter Inc. and the prospects for his company. Koo, whose logo of a yellow chick bears a resemblance to Twitter’s blue-and-white bird, was founded just a year ago and is a fraction the size of Twitter. Bidawatka speaks during the “India Focus” segment on “Bloomberg Markets: Asia.”
